Paula H. Suarez was born in Pasadena, TX on June 18, 1929. She was granted her angel wings on April 6, 2021. She was an amazing, beautiful, and free-spirited person who was loved by so many people. She is survived by her great-grandchildren, grandchildren and children, Agapito L. Morales, Esperanza Morales, Maria Consuelo “Connie” Morales, Antonio “Tony” Morales, proceeded in death by her daughter, Christina Morales, husband, Tranquilino Suarez, and parents, Faustino and Severa Hernandez. She is also survived by four brothers, three sisters, and many nieces and nephews who adored her loving spirit.

Paula had a way of showing others not to let anyone get you down and to have fun in life. She spoke many words of wisdom in a funny humorous way. She was a hard worker and an owner of a Mexican restaurant with her husband in her younger years. She always had a beautiful smile on her face and was such a joy being around. Anyone who met her instantly fell in love with her. She loved dancing and singing in English and in Spanish, especially the funny uplifting songs, including spiritual songs. She loved planting flowers, and gardening, and always a happy helper to anyone who needed her help. She loved eating and used to say she was born into the world to eat, and her favorite thing to eat was ice cream. She was a soul that could not be held down. We will miss her stories about her horse riding days. She was involved with the Baker Ripley Center in Houston for the last two years. She was often invited to attend community public service events with her great-niece. Her most recent community public service was supporting a food distribution for her local constable at a high school. She was also a registered active voter. Her wish was to be sent home to be with the love of her life Tranquilino and her final destination to guide her to her final resting place and will be led by a horse named “Charlie” who resembles her last good time on this earth.

Tia loved her sisters so much. I fell in love with her. I was her caretaker for about 2 months. We talked about the hate in the world today. I told her I can love her for no reason other she just wanted to be loved. She was such a beautiful soul. RIP Tia I loved you so much. To know her was to love her.
