Jose Maria Zamora Jr.

Jose Maria Zamora Jr. 66, joined Heaven on May 9, 2022 with his loving family by his side. Jose or Joe as many called him was born on June 1, 1955, to Esperanza and Joe B. Zamora in Houston, Texas. Joe was an avid movie goer. He would treat his family every weekend to the movies and enjoyed family dinner after the movies at various restaurants. He enjoyed photography and videography by capturing memories of his loving family. He loved playing his luck with scratch-offs and the lottery every Saturday with his family at his parents’ house. After visiting the grandparents’ houses, he would always take his family to the video store to check out movies and would stay up late watching them as a family. After he retired, he enjoyed spending his time lounging around the house catching up television series and playing Candy Crush with his wife. A more recent hobby he started was collecting coins, searching for star notes on various bills, and researching all the latest trends on cryptocurrency. Above all else he valued protecting and providing for his family. He was a selfless man, an adoring husband and a devoted father. He is survived by his wife Ana Laura Zamora of 36 beautiful years and his two daughters Michelle and Susan Zamora.
