Trisha Madelyn Diaz, 53 years old, went to her heavenly home on Tuesday, October 18, 2022, while surrounded by her loving family. Born April 17, 1969 to Carlos Diaz and Anita Ceballos in Houston, Texas.
Trisha is survived by her sons Nicolas Noel Perez and Carlos Julian Moses Perez of Houston; father Carlos Diaz (Debbie) of Harlingen; mother Anita Ceballos of Houston; sister Tracey Quintanilla (Eddie) of Longview; brothers Carlos Leon Diaz “Papas” of Harlingen and Christopher James Diaz of San Antonio; 8 nephews, 2 nieces; numerous uncles, aunts, cousins and great nieces and nephews. Trisha was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents Jose and Esther Diaz; maternal grandparents Lorenzo and Carolina Cevallos and countless other loved ones.
Trisha had a heart bigger than Texas and a smile that could light up a room. She was a loving caring person who never hesitated to lend a helping hand when needed. Everyone who knew her was touched by her kindness and generous heart. Family was everything to her, she enjoyed nothing more than spending time with her boys at home watching movies. She loved joking around and was a big kid at heart. Her love of music could be seen by the rhythm she displayed on the dance floor; she could get everybody on their feet to dance. “To know her was to love her.”

No words can express how sorry I am to hear about Trisha. I know just how much you loved her and she you. The love that you shared was so beautiful, and I know that it’s this same love that will carry you through the darkest and most difficult days. I wish I had the words to ease your suffering, but I know words are just not enough. My heart goes out to you in this very sad time and I will be praying for you and the boys.
