Erica Villanueva

Erica Marcela Villanueva, aged 43, passed from this life to join our Lord on November 7th, 2022.

Erica, aka “Muneca”, made her grand entrance into this world on July 28th, 1979, daughter to Joseph and Maria Ulloa. She is survived by both parents, her siblings Joseph, James, Julius, Jason, Jake, and Daniella, along with many, many, MANY, nieces, nephews, cousins, second cousins, third cousins, aunts and uncles. (Duh, we’re Mexican)

Erica grew up in Seabrook, TX and graduated from Clear Lake High School, class of ’98. She went to school for phlebotomy and was on her way to become a physical therapist. She loved and cared deeply, always wanting to take care and help others.

Erica was well versed in all kinds of music, and could bust a move to any tune. She loved to talk your ear off and had a mouth on her that could make any sailor blush. As her mama always told her, she was ‘mas terca que una mula’. Erica was smart, strong-willed, and did things her way. She was a hilarious comedian and knew how to reenact a story and enjoyed making people laugh with her jokes and impressions, famously mocking her mom’s broken english. She was loud, bright and full of life, with a big heart. Her infectious laugh and beautiful smile could light up any room. She will be forever missed by so many.

Viewing will be held at Forest Lawn Funeral Home Thursday November 10th, 2022 from 4pm to 8pm. Friends and family are invited to reminisce, grieve, offer support, and say our final goodbyes.
