Angel Luis Torres Sr. was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend. Someone that you knew to depend on. He was a Merchant Mariner Veteran, who enjoyed and loved traveling around the world on ships/vessels. Even though he retired early as Merchant Marine his heart was still at sea.
Song: En el mar la vida es más sabrosaen el mar te quiero mucho máscon el sol, la luna y las estrellasen el mar todo es felicidad.

We will miss his laughter, love of music and singing. He was so caring and giving. He enjoyed taking long walks and going up the mountains to see the caves. He also enjoyed cooking for his family and cooking by the beach. He would go fishing or do some gardening whenever he got the chance. He loved playing with his grandkids and giving them fist pumps. Ice cream was his weakness. Those who knew him or have crossed his path, knew that he could make you laugh. His friendship will forever be just one of a kind.

Angel Luis Torres Sr. is survived by his beloved wife of 58 years, Lydia Cantu Torres; Sons Angel Luis Torres, Rafael Torres and Luis Torres; Grandchildren Mathew Torres, Evelyn Buhler, Frankie Garcia, Michelle Herrera, Alex Torres, Amber Torres, Nicholas Torres, Brianna Garcia, Trinity Torres, Attikus Torres, Levi Torres; Sisters Minerva Rodriguez and Sonya Santiago.

A great and wonderful person. You will truly be missed. It’s still doesn’t feel true. I still look to see if your there.
