Ruben Quiroz was a friend to many, loving son, supportive brother and dedicated father. He started working early in life learning the carpentry trade from his father, Daniel and only stopped when his body no longer allowed it. He worked alongside his brother David and his father Daniel as Master Carpenters. He was proud to have his sons come work with him so he could begin teaching them his trade. My dad welcomed many of our friends into our home when they weren’t able to go home. He was so kind hearted he would give the shirt from his back to help someone. As compassionate as he was he was also unfiltered and loved practical jokes. He believed in accepting people as they were with no judgment. He supported his children through mistakes and was so happy when they succeeded. He loved crafting especially in his later years. He was blessed to be welcomed into his elder daughter, Amy’s home with her family and enjoy his final years with her as his care taker. He left to be with the lord too soon for us but God spared him from suffering further.
