Francisco A. Rodriguez, lovingly known as Frank, 76, passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 7, 2024 surrounded by his loving family. Born on September 9, 1947 in Puebla, Mexico. He moved to Houston as a young teenager to follow his beloved father, David G. Rodriguez. Francisco was a remarkable individual who led a fulfilling life. He will be remembered for his great wisdom and words of advice. His rule of thumb was to always put God first.

Francisco was a cherished father to Frank “Danny” Rodriguez, Aaron Rodriguez, David J. Rodriguez, Isreal Rodriguez and late daughter, Alma Rodriguez. He shared his life and love with his devoted spouse of 48 years, Leticia Rodriguez. He also leaves behind 9 grandchildren, Adriana, Alana, Aaron “AJ”, Alyssa, Leia, Audrey, Brandon, Emma, Ethan, great granddaughter, Celine Milane and several surviving relatives and close acquaintances who will deeply miss him.

In reflecting upon his life, we remember Francisco for his ability to speak to each and every one of us with the sincere words of wisdom. He was known for his passion, religious faith and his great want for always staying united as a family. His presence bought joy to those around him. His humbleness was bestowed upon his children and his legacy will forever be etched in our hearts.

The funeral service to honor and celebrate the life of Francisco Rodriguez will be held on Thursday, April 11, 2024 at 5:00 pm.

There will be a visitation on Friday, April 12, 2024, at 8 a.m. with the service starting at 8:30 a.m. The burial will follow at 10 a.m. at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery, 6900 Lawndale St, Houston, TX 77023

Francisco A. Rodríguez, conocido cariñosamente como Frank, de 76 años, falleció pacíficamente el domingo 7 de abril de 2024 rodeado de su amada familia. Nació el 9 de septiembre de 1947 en Puebla, México. Él movió a Houston cuando era un joven adolescente para seguir a su amado padre, David G. Rodríguez. Francisco fue un individuo extraordinario que llevó una vida plena. Será recordado por su gran sabiduría y sus consejos. Su regla general era poner siempre a Dios en primer lugar.

Francisco era un padre querido de Frank “Danny” Rodríguez, Aaron Rodríguez, David J. Rodríguez, Israel Rodríguez y su difunta hija, Alma Rodríguez. Compartió su vida y su amor con su devota esposa durante 48 años, Leticia Rodríguez. También deja atrás a 9 nietos, Adriana, Alana, Aaron “AJ”, Alyssa, Leia, Audrey, Brandon, Emma, Ethan, bisnieta, Celine Milane y varios familiares sobrevivientes y conocidos cercanos que lo extrañarán profundamente.

Al reflexionar sobre su vida, recordamos a Francisco por su capacidad de hablarnos a todos y cada uno de nosotros con sinceras palabras de sabiduría. Se destacó por su pasión, fe religiosa y su gran deseo de permanecer siempre unidos como familia. Su presencia trajo alegría a quienes lo rodeaban. El funeral para honrar y celebrar la vida de Francisco Rodríguez será el jueves 11 de abril de 2024 a las 5:00 p.m.

Habrá un velorio el viernes 12 de abril de 2024 a las 8 a. m. y el servicio comenzará a las 8:30 a. m. El entierro seguirá a las 10 a. m. en el cementerio Forest Park Lawndale, 6900 Lawndale St, Houston, TX 77023
