Petra Gallegos Juarez, 89, of Houston, Texas, passed away peacefully on May 31, 2022.
Petra was born on September 9, 1932, to her parents Pedro and Carmen Gallegos in Waelder, Texas. She later relocated to Houston, Texas where she married and had 8 children.
She is survived by her 2 daughters Mary Zuniga and Carmen Sandoval, son-in-laws Salvador Zuniga and Greg Sandoval, 4 sons Richard Juarez, Henry Juarez, Freddy Juarez and Johnny Juarez, daughter-in-laws Gilda Juarez, Joy Juarez, Stana Juarez and Janie Juarez. Preceded in death by her son Abraham Juarez and daughter Irene Juarez.
23 grandchildren Isidore Torres, Sylvia Torres, Andrew Torres, June Rodriguez, Irene Juarez, Frederick Juarez, Patsy Renteria, Cristiana Perez, Joseph, Huerta, Celia, Garza, Patrick Renteria, Joshua Juarez, Eric Huerta, Richard L. Juarez, Jimmy Juarez, Zechariah Juarez, Zurel Juarez and Joanne Huerta, 23 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren to add her abundant life. Preceded in death by grandchild Mary Renteria.
