Bobby Williams passed away March 29, 2024 at the age of 92. He is survived by his daughter, Jo Karol Dean and grandchildren, Emily Naylor and Ryan Harrington.

Bobby was born in Iola, Texas on February 9, 1932, where he grew up and went to school. He enlisted in the Navy following high school and was forever grateful for the many experiences he had seeing the world while on duty. He was in the oil business for many years and turned to entrepreneurial pursuits later in life. He was a lifetime member of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo (he loved the rodeo!) and was a reserve member of the Harris County Sheriff’s Department Mounted Patrol for 25 years.

For the past 20 years, working on his homestead brought him the most joy. You could see him every day whipping around in his golf cart “taking care of business.” He took so much pride in his property.

He was kind, and the best Dad anyone could ever ask for. He will be tremendously missed.

Visitation will be held on April 10, 2024 at St. Christopher Catholic Church, 8150 Park Place Blvd., Houston, TX 77017 at 11:30 a.m. The rosary will be at 12:30 p.m. with a mass at 1 p.m. The burial will follow at 2 p.m., Forest Lawn Cemetery, 8601 Almeda Genoa Rd., Houston, TX 77075.
